Turned out to be a fantastic vacation. The exterior of the property needs a few updates but we were overall very pleased. We were a little concerned at first the way our sleeping arrangements were broken up into suites in three houses but what a great way to do it. There were 13 of us including our 6 grandkids so it was very welcome when we could break up the kids in different locations for some quiet time. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away but the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and deck area as much as the beach. We loved the privacy of the houses versus hotels and we were within minutes of a ton of shopping and dining. We wouldn’t hesitate to book there again if we have the opportunity to revisit the area.

It was a nice little rental with plenty of space and privacy. The villas were very nice and everyone had enough space.

We had 12 people stay. I was surprised that we had 3 different areas on the property in three different buildings. Two of the building also housed permanent residents which I wasn't expecting. The AC did not work in one of the buildings which obviously was a disappointment. For beach access you had to walk through the hotel parking lots next door. Pool and back patio was nice. Inside all of the villas were very clean and nice.

Family members from five states converged for a relaxing reunion in these adjacent homes. We found everything we needed, including a lovely Gulf beach and had a lovely time.

We rented this house with a group of 13 girls for a joint Bachelorette/30th Birthday and this house was completley perfect for the ocassion! The pool is great and it is less than a block from the beack. The host was great and very easy to coordinate arrival/departure. I would love to come back and reccommend this house highly!
