Without going into detail about the fact that our surprise mini-vacay was ruined by the weather, I will say this: Tech Travel was great, the agent Vivian was super helpful at finding a place for us and the place we stayed was nice. It was small, but there was just the two of us, clean, and the "owner" was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately it rained 2 of the 2.5 days we were there. We came for a concert, which was outdoors, and it rained for that too..... Such a bummer, but what can you do? If I could give the weather a rating it would be 0 stars!

Once we got past the 6 page waiver, sending pics of ID and 350.00 security deposit for 5-10 days; the actual stay was fabulous. Would probably stay again if the overall process was done once and now you are an 'approved customer'. BTW we purposely tried 2 different rental options so we can ascertain what is easier in the future for additional stays. If this property went with another less cumbersome rental company, I would definitely recommend to a friend and come back myself.

Hello and thank you for contacting us with this review, I believe in complete transparency with my guests, we do not take a security deposit. So there is not a $350 security deposit taken at time of booking or at check in. When I started renting in 2008 my contract was just 1 page. Over the last 12 years, if I was able to tell all the abnormal rental stories that have happened at my properties it would definitely let interested renters and current renters know why we have a longer page contract now. We want to protect you the renter, the owner, and our company. Booking directly with us saves the renter 18%-21%. Do to credit card fraud we ask for a copy of every renters ID. It protects the renter from someone else using their identity. The house is in a perfect location, close to a clean beach. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable bed! We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

I must say the room was clean and fully functional for our stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful with local suggestions on where to eat and what to see. My ONLY complaint is the pic that is on the site is NOT the building we stayed in; it’s actually another house!! Again our room was nice but the pic of the yellow house is very misleading. I would definitely recommend this place but I would have to explain its in a different house than the one shown.
