All bookings made after October 1st 2020 adhere to our TechTravel.com company cancellation policy
Updated COVID-19 Policy as Of October 1st, 2020.
TechTravel.com is offering all guests with reservations from March 12th to April 30th 2020, made prior to March 12th, 2020, the opportunity to keep their reservation or reschedule anytime between now and April 30th 2021, including Holidays at no additional cost and we will waive the change fee.
TechTravel.com is offering all guests directly affected by COVID-19 (Documentation will be required) with reservations made on or after March 12th, 2020 the opportunity to keep their reservation or reschedule anytime between now and May 27th, 2021, Excluding Holidays, at no additional cost and we will waive the change fee. If you would like to book a holiday or holiday weekend you will be responsible to pay the cost difference.
If you choose to reschedule your dates you must notify us in writing as soon as possible requesting to do so. You don’t have to reschedule now, we can just open your current stay dates and when you are ready to re-book contact us and as long as the dates are available, and within the terms stated above, they are yours.

Updated Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking, your Photo ID, Signed Contract, and 50% Payment (of the reservation total) is due. Your full reservation balance/remaining reservation balance is due no later than 60 days prior to check in.
Tech Travel has a 60 day no refund cancelation policy. Any cancellations made within 60 days of the check in date will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid/due. Any cancellations made 61 days or more are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of the reservation.
If you request to reschedule your dates or cancel, the above cancellation policy will apply unless TechTravel.com, at their discretion, is able to rebook your entire reservation date range and full monetary amount. In that case TechTravel.com can reschedule your dates or possibly refund you, at their discretion and depending on the situation, on a case by case basis. If you request to reschedule or cancel, and only partial dates and or partial monetary funds are rebooked for your original dates then Tech Travel, at their discretion, may issue a partial refund.
