Quiet Oasis at Pass-A-Grill

This charming one-bedroom, one-bath unit was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. It was spacious, spotless, and loaded with fantastic amenities, making it the ideal place to stay. The property lot was enormous, providing plenty of parking and an alluring environment in Pass A Grille. This was our first time experiencing this side of the island near Don Cesar, and we were thrilled by the cute neighborhood. The best part was driving our golf cart around or feeling safe riding our bikes.
Additionally, a dog beach was nearby for those wanting to bring their furry friends. The abundance of boats passing by made for an exciting and lively atmosphere, and we enjoyed watching people fishing off the piers and local docks. We even witnessed a gentleman catching a snapper right off the pier. It was a truly remarkable experience!

The Apartment was much smaller then expected but in wonderful condition. If 4 people plan on staying know the extra bed is a blow up mattress . The yard is beautiful and the location was great .
Too much information

The rental house was very nice, in a great location, well equipped and comfortable. The management team however would not provide access to the rental unless I emailed my drivers license or passport. I refused because of identity theft concerns and offered to come into the office to present my ID. Upon arrival the management insisted on a copy so they could upload to their system. I have no idea the security of their system and argued they should be able to verify visually my ID matched my credit card just like any hotel and allow me access without copying and retaining my ID. I ask for a refund and she refused. I told her I would dispute. She then compromised and copied only the picture and name and covered up some of the other pertinent info. She agreed to store it in her desk instead of the computer. When I ask why they put me thru all this they said it was policy because they may need to investigate me for fraud in the future - that someone wronged them in the past. I will never do business with them again. I reported that only one half of one burner worked on the stove with no response and was awoke abruptly by the tech team removing golf carts stored under this apartment. I did not realize there was a business under the apartment as the add is written.

We had a great time staying at this property! The views are great and especially at sunrise and sunset. The huge enclosed front yard was amazing for our dogs - they loved it and got so much exercise! We loved BBQing there while enjoying the water views and watching people walk by. The place is quaint and has everything you need! The location is top notch - walkable to the beach (literally 90 seconds), bars, restaurants, etc. There is a supermarket nearby, as well as other major restaurants. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!
