You are steps away from restaurants, shops, boat excursions, and an ice cream parlor right next door. No need for a rental car. Uber from the airport, then walk or take FreeBee to get around.

Great Place

We loved our stay in history Pass A Grille. It was our first time to the area. The property was in the perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants and the beach!
Comfortable Studio on St. Pete Beach

We had a very comfortable stay at 709 Gulf Way #19. A small studio with a Murphy Bed/Dining Table combo. (We actually used the table.) It was VERY quiet - which was important since we had to be up early for a race at Ft. DeSoto park. Beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The kitchen amenities limited with only a hot plate and microwave. There was a Keurig in a drawer, but no pods. There was a coffee packet, but it does not make a decent coffee. We did find a broom (should be replaced) but could not find a dust pan to go with it.

Finally - the listing mentioned parking was available, but it was NOT clear that is was street parking with a Permit acquired as part of the rental. In the end, this was not an issue, but it did cause some concern up front knowing parking in this area is at a premium.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and mostly likely would stay again.

The location of the room was the best part of the rental. My activities were all with walking distance. Great view from front porch. For the price the room was ok but really couldn't see having three/four adults stay with luggage and all. Might want to have non see thru curtains in bathroom. You can be seen from tenants next door. Had k-cups for coffee but a regular electric coffee pot. No instructions on how to use TV remotes (many older folks don’t stream). Front gate was broken and left unlocked. Fixed with a bungee cord. Was told car would be registered for parking but didnt get confirmation that it was registered to park in the R4 spots after sending license and plate #.
